If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at support@thecatstash.com or 715-409-1863 with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
Returns
Our full return window and eligibility rules will be published here before the store opens for orders.
For hygiene reasons, opened catnip and used grooming tools may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged.
